PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Welcome to Chapter 53
of the Teamster Horsemen.
If you are in Joint Council 53 and like to ride and are interested in joining us feel free
to contact me through our e-mail link. We also welcome anyone that is interested in joining to come out and participate
in upcoming events. It will give you a chance to meet the members and get some information about the Teamster Horsemen.
Our meetings are only
open to members but our runs are open to anyone unless specifically stated otherwise. Our upcoming events are listed on this
web site or you can call Local 326 (302-328-2387) to find out what's on the calender of
events.
We have
participated in charity runs, rides just to get out and cut loose, and we are sometimes asked to help support our
brother and sister teamsters on picket lines.
I have had a couple people ask me what they will get out of joining? My best answer
is, it's like life, you get out of it what you put into it.
If you believe in union activism, if you have a passion
for riding, if you like helping fellow teamsters in times of need, and if you know how to have a damn good time doing these
things then feel free to contact us.
